Timing & Carriers That We Use

• We ship daily using UPS, USPS, and Motor Freight.
• All UPS and Motor Freight items are bar coded and trackable. We can usually provide quick and accurate carrier status. Questions? Contact Customer Service.
• Most products are shipped within 48 hours unless a back-order (see below) has occurred.

Truck Freight and Oversize/Overweight Policy

• Products that require truck freight are usually indicated on the product's page, by a "must be shipped via truck freight" message. This indicates that the product is too large for ground delivery and must be shipped by motor freight.
• If an item is shown with an Oversize/Overweight notation on our website, this is an additional charge by UPS for the size and/or weight. So whenever possible plan your orders to save on shipping. For example, a standard rear package tray box is 53" x 24" x 8" but only weights 7 lbs. You could add about 40 lbs. of smaller parts to the box with no additional cost.

Backorders

• The invoice located in the packing slip of your order will notate any items that were out of stock at the time of shipping.
• The unavailable items will be back ordered unless otherwise specified on your order form or verbally to a sales representative when placing your order by phone.
• Back orders are usually shipped when the products arrive at our warehouse without prior notification.

Drop Ship Policy

• The invoice located in the packing slip of your order will notate any items that have been drop shipped.
• Drop shipped items are shipped from one of our remote warehouses located outside the location of our branch store in Council Grove Kansas.
